– A 30% deposit is required upon order confirmation, with the remaining 70% payable before shipment.
– Pricing is determined based on customer specifications and requirements.
3. Lead Time
– The standard production lead time is approximately 35 days from order confirmation.
– Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances; we will communicate any changes promptly.
4. Custom Orders
Custom products are tailored to the client’s specifications and therefore are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
