Due to the customized nature of our products, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds.

1. Custom Orders
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a defect caused by our manufacturing process.

2. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Custom Orders
For non-custom items, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
